A bit tricky with the "authorized person" question, versus "competent person". TWICE!! Terms can easily be misunderstood, and a "competent person" IS an authorized person in general parlance. Thank you for offering the training, all good and useful information. Was the maximum depth of the excavation noted before guardrails are required, 6'-0" per NYC Chapter 33, 3304.4.4? Don't recall seeing it.
