Charlie, Thank you for the opportunity to renew my SSC license by taking this online 8-hour refresher. The class was a little brutal as it timed to over 11 hours to complete. Also, the exam portion may have some glitches. I don't think I saw all 25 questions so I missed a few. But thankfully I still passed. One of the questions said that SSM must meet "how often" and the answer options were True or False instead of 1 week, etc. Other than that, I'm happy I didn't have to fly to NYC to complete my refresher course, avoiding the mandatory quarantine restrictions on us Floridians!! This was very informative. Again like the previous modules the Actual Test did not contain questions that were on the Test Review thus they were not answered and the loss of point on the test. This needs to be corrected
