Good delivery system. However, the right answer to question number 2 "Excavation must be inspected daily by an authorized competent person" is "True". But I was denied the score, as the system given answer is "False" which is not correct. According to OSHA 1926.651 Daily inspections of excavations before worker entry shall be made by a competent person.
